Mexican Gravity Hammer!

If you have never played Halo 3, the Gravity Hammer is a devastating weapon in the game.  Its also tons of fun to just slam people and see them flying.  From the following video, it appears that the gravity hammer was probably inspired by these young gentlemen in Mexico:

That looks both amazingly scary and awesome at the same time.

Hipsters are so ‘83

I was reading a tweet by @mdowney which referred to a post on BuzzFeed about the top 10 Michael Jackson acapella videos. This post is not about that… well, not directly anyway. I was watching the video for “Beat It” and during the breakdown/fight scene I had an amazing revelation. Holy SH*T!!! THOSE THUGS ARE HIPSTERS!

So, apparently hipsters are 1983 thugs from the “Beat It” video. Amazing but true. Check out around 2:30 in the video to revel in the pre-hipster-hipster fashion.

Now that is how you deal with telemarketers…

I used to work technical support phone lines, and I would have LOVED to treat some of the people that called like the this guy.  It would have been the reverse situation, in a sense, but still.  Oh, and its NSFW audio…
